MEDITERRANEAN SAKE THE ESPANISTA by Kenshô - 700 ml
Shochu – Sake distillate is a rice distillate made from Kenshô's sake and sake kasu, a responsible distillate that brings you the essence of rice flavor.
Sake kasu is rice with alcohol left over from sake fermentation. This is a more traditional type of shochu:
- Kasutori: made from sake kasu. Sake remnants, making it a sustainable distillate.
- Honkaku: shochu made from a single distillation, to maintain the flavor of rice.
- Shochu: means "distillate" in Japanese.
