Bell pepper stuffed with squid in its ink, served with our smooth piquillo pepper sauce.
A dish prepared with care, following a slow and traditional process that fully respects the authentic flavor of the squid. It is made according to traditional recipes and perfected thanks to the palate of the demanding public of San Sebastián, where our company was founded 10 years ago.

Piquillo pepper [water, sugar, salt, acidifier: citric acid and firming agent: calcium chloride], refined sunflower oil, milk, wheat flour (gluten), squid (3%), butter, cuttlefish, onion, sugar, salt, cuttlefish ink, garlic, white wine and thickener: xanthan gum.
