On the nose, the truffle evokes memories of mushrooms, earth, and dampness, a background of soft and aromatic alcohol from the gin, and a slight milky aroma.

As it reaches the palate, the truffle flavor fades, giving way to cocoa, vanilla, and cinnamon, and finally, the citrusy and complex notes of gin appear.

It is a very smooth and creamy brown-colored cream.
