Starting point. After lot of efforts, some setbacks, plenty of surprises and so much will to start over, we are opening our doors. This Sunday, the second of February of 2020, a beautiful and palindrome number 02022020, we are holding the opening party in our first store The Espanista Gastro & Books. A charming space where we will have on offer a vast range of Spanish gourmet articles including the best wines this beautiful land has to produce together with delicatessen, craft beers and a lot of ecological and healthy food. We have also an original space dedicated to the books lovers with gastro, travel and culture books in Spanish.
What is our value proposition? Why we are opening this eclectic space dedicated to the Spanish food and culture? We want to offer alternative and educative cultural and gastronomic experiences. Our aim is inmerse our customers in the Spanish world of culture and food to enjoy, learn, discuss and keep The Espanista experience in its head forever. Our customer base is so vast as we are aiming our experiences and events to Valencia short-term visitors, to people that has chosen Valencia as their temporary residence and also, of course, to local residents.
On the road ahead, we have built a great team of specialists in making your experience in Valencia memorable. Esther, our Gastro and Cultural Tour Leader, is a young, outgoing and Valencia savvy guide that will amaze you with her knowledge of Valencia and her way of tellling the stories of the streets and monuments as you walk and taste food with her. Amadeu, our Cooking Workshops responsible, is an experienced valencian chef, specialized in traditional valencian recipes, both savoury and sweet. We also have many collaborations with gastro and culture professionals that will add so much passion and knowledge to our events. Daniel, the director manager, will coordinate all the team efforts to ensure you a great and memorable experience during your stay in Valencia.
