CAÑADA PARIS WHITE WINE

Baldovar Cañada París is a village white wine made from Merseguera grapes from old bush vines, located in the drylands of the Serranía del Alto Turia, around the village of Baldovar, between 900 and 1,200 meters of altitude. A wine born in a privileged natural environment, surrounded by Mediterranean flora and fauna, which faithfully expresses its mountain landscape.

The vineyards are located on highly friable siliceous sandstones and calcareous marls, arranged on gently sloping terraces, providing freshness and tension. Aging lasts for 9 months in different materials —30% in clay amphorae, 30% in 500-liter French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel, with 4 months on fine lees—, resulting in a very aromatic, citrusy and natural wine, of great purity and balance. A great Valencian white with its own identity and aging potential.

Ideal to pair with fish, vegetable rice dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, mild cheeses or dishes where freshness and product are paramount.
