RENAIX WINE FROM GIRÓ
Grape Varieties: 70% Giró 30% Syrah
Young red wine made with the indigenous Giró variety and a touch of Syrah from old vines.
This is what we call a new profile of Alicante wine, which seeks the freshness of the Mediterranean through dry farming and maximum respect.
The winemaking process begins in the vineyard, by thinning and leaving a low load of bunches on the vine, selecting only the loosest ones to ensure maximum quality.
Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and whole, uncrushed grapes, in small stainless steel tanks.
No fining or stabilization is performed to preserve its fruity character as much as possible.
An author's wine made by the young winemaker Óscar Mestre, 4th generation of winemakers and vine growers of the winery.
With a very limited production, we are facing a wine that opens a new style of Alicante wines.
Pairing: Rice dishes, meats, pâtés, cheeses, and ham.
Serving temperature: Between 14-17 ºC.
