Organic Premium Gin. Macerated with Valencian clementines and distilled in our traditional copper stills.
The clementines from Valencia are organically grown, meaning they are not treated with any chemical synthetic products, they ripen naturally in the sun, and are harvested at their optimal point of ripeness.
To complete ClemenGin's organoleptic profile, we incorporate different botanical species into the maceration, including juniper and coriander.
We redistill until we obtain a smooth and light gin in the purest London Dry Gin style, but with the Mediterranean personality that its citrus freshness brings to both the nose and the palate.
