It is made with selected Airén and Tempranillo grapes. The former contributes its stability and ability to absorb flavors. The Tempranillo must provides its characteristic color and sweetness.
Made with a blend of Airén and Tempranillo grapes, which, after macerating the botanicals, has been aged in American oak barrels that previously held rum.
A wise combination of 12 botanicals completes the production. In addition to wormwood, wild spices such as thyme, marjoram, sage stand out; and others such as dittany, calamus, gentian root, licorice, bitter orange, elderflower, clove, and coriander.
