RED WINE LIGHT MY FIRE

This Light my Fire red wine is born in vineyards in the interior of the province of Valencia, in La Font de la Figuera, cultivated on limestone and stony soils that provide character and concentration.

After 9 months of aging in French and American oak barrels, the wine shows an intense and expressive profile. Visually, it presents a deep red with violet reflections. On the nose, it displays a high intensity of red fruits, accompanied by toasted, spicy notes and hints of Mediterranean undergrowth. On the palate, it is voluminous, fleshy and enveloping, with a marked and persistent presence that fills the palate.

A versatile wine, ideal to pair with grilled red meats, traditional stews, game dishes or cured cheeses.
